The Avensis is the latest iteration of Toyota's large luxury flagship, designed at Toyota's ED2 design studio in southern France. Offered as both a sedan and wagon, it will incorporate several safety features including stability control, adaptive headlights, and Toyota's Pre-Crash Safety System. In addition to the photos of the front fascia and wagon body style, a new interior picture shows off the cabin's two-tone treatment and wood-grain accents on the center stack.
The 2009 iQ may be less than 10 feet long, but it's still capable of seating three adults and one child and cruising at speeds over 100 mph. Toyota's latest images show off the interior, along with static and dynamic exterior shots. Toyota says the iQ debuting in Paris is the official production model, while the iQ displayed in March at the Geneva auto show showed only the production design. Expect more details on the car's mechanicals to emerge at the Paris show.
New photos of the subcompact Urban Cruiser show off the tail end and interior, both showing the car's roots in the U.S.-market Scion xD. The Urban Cruiser will be a brand-new product for Europeans when it arrives in 2009.
