2000 Subaru Legacy GT Sedan and Wagon
NEW YORK - For lack of anything truly newsworthy, Subaru has unveiled a new trim level for the redesigned Legacy Sedan and Wagon. What does the GT offer that other Legacys don't? Shiny badges that say ''GT.'' Period.
Otherwise, the GT comes with all the trappings found on other Legacy sedans, including 2.5-liter boxer engine and limited-slip rear differential. Want an all-wheel-drive car like the Legacy Outback, but can't stand that ridiculous pseudo-sport-ute cladding? Get a GT. At least it looks more normal.
