BEIJING — Skoda launched the face-lifted Octavia MingRui, its best-selling model in this growing market, at the 2010 Beijing Auto Show. The biggest change is the generous helping of chrome-plated trim on the exterior.
Skoda also rolled out Octavia derivatives here, including the fuel-saving Octavia MingRui GreenLine with a 1.4-liter TSI engine.
"The introduction of the face-lifted Octavia MingRui is another important step in our expansion in the growing Chinese market and is also in line with our growth strategy of launching one key model every year," said Skoda Chairman Reinhard Jung in a statement.
