TORRANCE, California — The 2009 Scion xB, which remains unchanged from the '08 model except for one different exterior color, will be priced starting at $16,370 when it arrives in showrooms later this month. The price includes a $620 destination charge.
Scion said Stingray Metallic replaces Nautical Blue Metallic on the 2009 xB. The carryover xB's price increases modestly; it's up $100 from the 2008 model.
Scion said its 2009 tC carries over with one minor change: updated seat fabric. Prices for the automatic- and manual-transmission versions of the tC remain the same as the 2008 models. The tC with a five-speed manual transmission starts at $17,620, including destination. Scion notes that destination prices for vehicles distributed by Southeast Toyota and Gulf States Toyota may vary.
