Description: The Rossion Q1 is essentially a Noble M400 that has been given a refurbished interior and mildly restyled body. And there's nothing wrong with that. It's now sold worldwide through its Florida manufacturer/distributor. We tested the M400 a few years back and were astounded not only by its speed but also its ride quality and utility. You can actually drive it in and out of driveways without puckering. Only one model is available.
