DETROIT — Pontiac apparently couldn't wait just a few more days. While ordering motoring journalists not to run photos and details of its upcoming Solstice Coupe until March 19, General Motors' struggling-to-survive "performance" brand has leaked the first quasi-official image of the car on its own Web site.
You'll have to look hard to find the image. It's semi-hidden in one of the tabbed sections, below the G8, and is pictured along with the El Camino-like G8 Sport Truck.
We'll have the official details on the Solstice Coupe in two days. That is, unless Pontiac decides to leak those in advance, too.
