What's special about it?
Oldsmobile calls the Profile concept vehicle a five-door, five-passenger sport sedan. In addition, it also has many versatile features lifted from SUVs and minivans. Examples would be the sliding rear doors, the rear lift gate and all-wheel drive. Power comes from a supercharged 250-horsepower V6. Inside, Oldsmobile outfitted the Profile with GPS navigation, Internet access, and a hands-free mobile phone.
Why should you care?
Many of the vehicles displayed at The LA Auto Show were crossover vehicles, and the Profile is another example. Want the functionality of a minivan without the stigma that goes along with it? The Profile is your car.
