What's special about it?
The XVL is a concept car that Nissan proposes as an upscale sedan. Nissan says X signifies the future, V denotes the V6 engine, and L stands for luxury. Priorities have been given to a spacious interior, good handling, quiet road manners, and crash safety. The 3.0-liter V6 features direct-injection gasoline technology and a continuously variable transmission.
Why should you care?
The XVL features advanced powertrain technology with the GDI engine and CVT transmission. While it seemed like the XVL was aimed more for the Japanese market, it would be nice if some of the styling design would find its way on an Infiniti of some sort.
