NEW YORK — Nissan will unveil the 2012 Versa and the Nissan Leaf Nismo RC at the 2011 New York Auto Show this week, and Inside Line will provide a Webcast of the Nissan press conference live from the auto show floor.
Nissan has already released preliminary information and a single photo of the zero-emissions Leaf motorsports concept. The Japanese automaker has been less forthcoming with information on the new Versa, only confirming it intends to unveil "a new compact sedan" in New York.
The new Versa is expected to arrive at U.S. dealers later this year.
The press conference will be hosted by Nissan's Carlos Tavares, executive vice president of the Americas.

Just another ugly Altima but smaller, and I'm sure they will do away with the old Versa's best feature A HATCHBACK. Its Nissan plan to get car buyers to buy more of their Butt-Ugly Gas Guzzling SUV's.

@serspecv1
I'm gonna agree with hotrodw, that Versa is one ugleh looking ride. Reminds me of a 2nd gen Altima, but uglier. I'd like to shoot the morons in the pitch meeting who thought that this car was worthy enough to be mass produced.
