Toyota is so far ahead. Too bad because Nissan has a good motor just no six speed.

Taking into reflection a number of factors will assist you in purchasing a 1 ton dump truck. make sure that the vehicle can withstand the weight you are looking to haul. For 2,100 pounds of weight you would desire to make positive that the axle of the vehicle can hold together while the pressure builds from the weight on the vehicle. Most cars can haul 2,100 pounds of weight thus you should have nil to worry about. You would also wish for to make sure that the vehicle has challenging lock brakes because while hauling that much weight your stopping time will be longer. A luxury would be to have Observ and rear spring aids which as you drive they can stabilize the truck while making turns and going over bumpy roads.for more details click on 1 ton trucks for sale .

Nissan should either fold the Titan or come up with one hell of an alternative to a Ram, F-150 or Silverado.
No standard cab
No value truck for fleets (V-6 or smaller V-8)
Aging platform
Less than stellar reliability
And a small dealer network with little to no inventory. The closest dealer to me has 3 Titans sitting in the lot. The local Ford dealer has 15 F-150's on the lot.
Although Ford only allows you to get an 8 foot bed on XL and XLT on Supercab models, and I suspect the take rate for that is extremely low. Hence Chrysler's decision not to offer an 8 foot bed other than regular cab trucks, and only offers an 8 and 6 foot with Crew and Regular Cab trucks on the 2500 and up. (Mega Cab Rams with an 8 foot bed would be scary long...) I can see their decision to refrain from making an 8 foot bed Titan.

It's a shame, I remember when this veihcle debuted it just promised so much, but delivered sssoooo very little. It had a good engine on it, but the vehicle and everything coming out of that plant has been rated low in reliability in their segments. Now, its just month old tuna that never met it's sales goal. And at these prices, you can get a more optioned F150, now this year with new engines. Case in point, it's compeitive market...you must continously improve.

This truck looks so aged. Almost something from like 2001.

I can only see this as selling in very very low volumes considering you can get a ford a dodge and a chevy with a full size bed for thousands less with v-8s. Nissan should have continued its deal with chrysler to share technology with dodge as it stands the Nissan is the worst truck you can buy in this class.

Still no full size bed?
I can't see how Nissan expects to gain much in the way of sales if they don't produce the most basic part a half ton pick up.
Next thing we'll see is they move into the 3/4 and 1 ton pickups with only a 5ft or opitonal 6.5ft bed.
