- 2011 Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet will debut this week at the L.A. auto show.
- The four-passenger crossover convertible will go on sale in early 2011.
LOS ANGELES — The all-new 2011 Nissan Murano CrossCabriolet makes its official debut Wednesday at the 2010 Los Angeles Auto Show and will go on sale in early 2011.
Nissan will release full details later this week on what it describes as "the world's first all-wheel-drive crossover convertible."
The company said the Murano CrossCabriolet will have "room for four adults, space for golf bags or luggage, even with the top down, and a premium-level interior."
Inside Line says: Like Chrysler's earlier PT Cruiser Convertible and other vehicles of the same ilk, we expect the Murano CrossCabriolet will sell in extremely small numbers to a very narrow slice of the car-buying public. — Paul Lienert, Correspondent

I like it ,,,it has nice lines.. up higher...AWD,,, smart interior. heated steering wheel, seats....
Car designs are subjective anyway
Some people like BMWs look ,,,others think they are too conservative and boring....
all in the eye of the beholder...
for 47K ...it kicks virtually every other car to the curb

Didn't Isuzu and Suzuki already try this with the I Cross and the X-90? Look where they are now.
I swear, Nissan's design staff must be all sake'd up to put this out there. BUTTUGLY!

Uhhh... I want to be cool like everyone else and say this is stupid and useless.... but I kinda like it.... sorry... would work in bad weather being a awd crossover (ground clearance)... it would be fun in the fun as well with the top down... should be bottom heavy so decent rollover... I like the Murano interior and exterior in general... cvt...

I like it. Being high up in a car with the top down sounds interesting. Especially with room for four.

I like the concept of an all road convertible. That's why I bought a Wrangler. I hope it sells well.

one of the most pointless cars yet. But kudos to Infiniti for finding this useless niche before BMW did!

The PT Cruiser convertible sold in small numbers? I see them everywhere.
