FRANKLIN, Tennessee — Nissan is raising prices on the Cube variants from $340 to $750. While the base model remains at $14,710 (including shipping), the 2010 Nissan Cube 1.8 S climbs to $15,750 and the Cube 1.8 SL rises to $17,850, each up $340. The 2010 Nissan Cube 1.8 S Krom Edition jumps $750, to $20,120.
Changes for the 2010 model year are modest. The Cube S adds an iPod interface and MP3 playback capability, plus two more speakers, while the Cube S and SL get Bluetooth capability and a leather-wrapped steering wheel with audio controls.
The Krom Edition adds a color audio display with rearview monitor and USB connectivity, as well as a smart key with push-button start.
A new color, Sapphire Black, has been added to the exterior palette.
