2004 Nissan 350Z Roadster
What's Special About It?
With a fully automatic soft top that folds away in just 20 seconds, the 350Z Roadster promises to be one of the hottest cars on the road this summer. Powered by the same 287-horsepower V6 found in the coupe, it will also be one of the fastest as well. A lightweight tonneau cover keeps the folded top out of harm's way when down, while a heated glass rear window assures that you'll have clear rearward vision during more inclement weather. Extensive testing was done to keep wind buffeting to a minimum with the top down and a three-lock latch system assures that the top remains secure when it's up.
The Z Roadster will be available in two trim levels: Enthusiast and Touring. In addition to the fully automatic top, Enthusiast models will be equipped with power seats, 17-inch wheels, automatic climate control, xenon headlights and a choice of either a five-speed automatic or six-speed manual. The Touring model adds leather seating, upgraded Bose stereo and heated mirrors. Later in the model year, Touring models will offer unique ventilated seats that channel air into the seat back when the top is down. Stand-alone options for the Touring model include 18-inch wheels and a DVD navigation system.
