Makes me think of a go-kart. I only sorta want one. The real question is why did the guy throw on his heavy duty winter hat in pic #5?!

    35k for a 208 hp chop-top Mini with 2 seats.  Good Luck.

Perhaps in some ways this would be more enjoyable to drive than the Countryman I drove. However, the instrumentation and controls in a Mini are too retro, cutesy whatever. They need to be intuitive.

    An expensive chick car.

I am perplexed by Mini's design, it just seems incomplete.  Its just a chopped four seater...I hate the head rests so my intentions are as soon my money arrives I'll buy a Mini S Automatic...The problem for me is which color do I choose...Hay Mini how about coming up with an option that allows you to pain the car in color you want, seat leathers as smooth as...I won't say that...inappropriate for this kind of forum...that C.D. has to go...Did they get that out of a MUNTZ?  At least my radio in my Yaris has combo unit...Any body  got an idea?

I'd like them to come up with a air conditioning ops cluster that you don't have to fumble with when you're driving other wise the cars really cool...Now what color was it...

I love the look of this roadster, & I dig the look of all the Minis. I have test driven them many a time, almost bought one a few times (got very close with lightly used JCW Cooper convertible last Oct). But the Mini is simply not cohesive to 2 child car seats in the back (especially to a rear-facing child car seat).

My question is this, who the hell is going to buy this car? It does nothing significantly different or better than a convertible Cooper. And it doesn't even look better!?! Oh that's right, it does do something different, it lacks 2 back seats or a usable trunk. I don't wanna do it, but I feel compelled to say the Mini Roadster may be the exact moment Mini "jumped the shark".
