Best year for mods. 94 is obd1 so you can use a full replacement ECU, lowest factory compression so it takes to boost really well, factory oiling port on the motor for the turbo, torsen lsd, etc. Well done! Nice to see an affordable project car.
Must do upgrades - suspension & roll bar. Turbo kit next. These cars can run 200-240 rwhp safely with a good tune on the stock motor and tranny. At that point the brakes might need a slight upgrade, there are cheap brackets available to allow the use of 11" VW Corrado rotors in the front.
Want to go further? Beefier connecting rods gets you to 300 rwhp but then you start breaking the stock tranny, torsen diff and needing more brakes.
