The Pininfarina design gets a new front fascia, featuring vertical slats like those on the GranTurismo. Bumpers and side mirrors have been restyled, and Maserati has fitted LED lamps front and rear.
Inside, the Quattroporte gets a new entertainment/navigation system, as well as two new shades of leather.
Perhaps the most significant change for 2009 is the addition of the uplevel Quattroporte S, which shares its new 425-horsepower 4.7-liter V8 with the GranTurismo. The standard Quattroporte continues with the 4.2-liter V8, and both models feature a ZF six-speed automatic gearbox.
Maserati hasn't announced stickers yet on the 2009 models, which go on sale in the U.S. toward the end of this year. The 2008 Quattroporte is priced from $116,000-$129,000.
