Lotus should just go back to Ford engines
Go Duratec instead of 3S-GE/3S-GTE or 2ZZ-GE
Go 5.0 Coyote instead of 2GR-FE/2GR-FZE
Longitudinal is the way mid-engine car should be

Their resale value have taken hits and can be had around $40K which isn't bad at all, I like the Italian interior even if it is a bit stark and its a very unique car. I just don't know how mechanically sound they are since there is only one dealer in Houston that I know of.

I think $359 / day for a car that shares it's powertrain with a Camry is too much...

Icecube: One of my friends at work bought a Quattroporte. It's nice indeed. He would probably faint if you suggested drilling anything in the car! Too funny. One badass car, though.

Hah! My friend's boss has a Maserati GranTurismo and wanted to race the other boss who owns a Z06 so they went to the track and had the guy drill through to install the harness and all. Then the electronics went awry.
Worst thing is? Its a lease and hes basically up a river without a paddle.

Rent a racer! Wonder if they'll come back with holes in the floorboard where the bolts for the rollcage were? Probably can't get away with that kind of stuff today.
