The 2010 MKZ, a companion to the midsize Ford Fusion and Mercury Milan sedans, is on sale now.
The Executive Appearance Package will be available in late summer, aimed at "traditional luxury" buyers. It includes leather-trimmed seats in dark charcoal or cashmere, specific door trim with stitching, walnut accents on the instrument panel and console, and premium floor mats.
The Executive Appearance Package can be combined with one of five exterior colors: Tuxedo Black, White Platinum, Brilliant Silver, Sterling Gray and Sangria Red.

I'm amazed at the prevelant mindset that says that an upmarket version of another car is just "fancier and more expensive." That is the case with some cars, but not with others. Let's also not forget that the MkZ has a better engine, beefier suspension, more sound isolation, and more luxuries. You can get the beefy suspension and bigger engine on a Fusion but that's only available on the sport model. So overall, let's call the MkZ a "fancier, more expensive, more luxurious, quieter, more powerful, and better handling version of the Ford Fusion." However, at that point, the similarities seem to fade.
