Tired of driving around in your mere $40,000 Ford F-150 Lariat? Look no further. Lincoln has the answer to your uppity-market truck needs. Using the F-150 as a design and engineering launch pad, the folks at Lincoln have built a concept truck guaranteed to make even J.R. Ewing's heart quiver.
The chrome enhanced Lincoln Mark LT is styled much like its Lincoln sibling SUVs, the Navigator and Aviator, and its wide grille is the recognizable waterfall used on other current Lincoln models.
The Mark LT is expected to begin production in early 2005 at Ford's Dearborn Truck Plan in Michigan with the current F-150 5.4-liter Triton V8 engine under its hood. With 300 horsepower and 365 foot-pounds of torque, the Mark LT hasn't traded fancy trim for power.
