The LS 600h L will be produced in a series of 50 Pebble Beach Editions, while the automaker will make 300 of the SC 430 hardtop convertible special edition. Lexus is offering three packages to let Pebble Beach Edition buyers customize their already exclusive vehicles: Callaway Golf Experience, Travel Package and Epicurean Encounter. The Callaway car gets personalized golf balls and a selection of high-end Callaway clubs. The travel package adds on color-complementary luggage, briefcase and tote bag choices. The Epicurean Encounter choice includes Viking cookware and cutlery and a gift card for cooking classes and merchandise from the Viking Cooking School as well as optional wines from the Napa Valley.
The LS 600h L gets Truffle Mica exterior paint with an alabaster-and-black two-tone interior trimmed in leather and dark gray bird's-eye maple. Also inside are black floor mats with stainless steel badging and blue illuminated scuff plates. Outside, there are 19-inch five-spoke wheels and Pebble Beach badging.
The SC 430 Pebble Beach Edition, the sixth annual such offering from the automaker, has Mercury Metallic paint on the outside and a two-tone ecru-and-black interior with black bird's-eye maple trim. The famous Pebble Beach Lone Cypress logo is embroidered on the SC 430's black floor mats and there are special badges on the front fenders and the center console.
There are two other Pebble Beach Edition cars already out from Lexus: the RX 350 and ES 350. Both were introduced in February.
The SC 430 Pebble Beach Edition goes on sale in September, while the LS600h L will be available in October, Lexus said.
