    Lexus CT 200h
    • 2014 Lexus CT 200h: Recently introduced in Model Year 2011, this hybrid hatchback isn't likely to get a redesign until the 2014 Model Year.

    Lexus ES
    • 2013 Lexus ES 350: A full redesign for 2013 gives the ES a more dramatic exterior look along with a longer wheelbase that adds some additional interior room. The sole engine remains a 3.5-liter V6 and it's attached to a six-speed automatic transmission. New features include a blind-spot warning system, lane departure warning system and a pre-collision alert system designed to lessen the severity of crashes.
    • 2013 Lexus ES 300h: This all-new model uses essentially the same drivetrain as the Camry Hybrid which includes a 2.5-liter, four-cylinder gas engine coupled with an electric motor. Lexus expects it will deliver up to 40mpg on the highway.

    Lexus GS
    • 2013 Lexus GS: A full redesign of the midsize Lexus GS debuted this year so the next refresh won't come along until 2016 at the earliest.

    Lexus GX
    • 2015 Lexus GX: After a full redesign for the 2010 model year and a minor round of improvement in 2012, expect to see a full redesign by 2014.

    Lexus IS
    • 2014 Lexus IS: After a minor refresh in 2010, the Lexus IS is expected to get a full redesign for the 2014 model year. Expect to see a similar lineup of models — sedan, convertible, high-performance IS-F — in addition to a rear-wheel-drive chassis and a V6 engine. Hybrid power could be a new twist to the equation as Lexus looks to expand the availability of hybrid power throughout its lineup.

    Lexus LS
    • 2014 Lexus LS: Lexus just gave the LS flagship a minor refresh in 2010, so don't expect any significant changes until the 2014 model year.

    Lexus LX
    • 2016 Lexus LX: The big SUV received some modest updates for 2013, so a full redesign isn't likely to show up until 2016 at the earliest.

    Lexus RX
    • 2013 Lexus RX: All-new for 2010, the Lexus RX received a styling refresh for 2013 that includes the company's new corporate look up front and a revised cabin inside. A new F-Sport model was added to the lineup that includes an eight-speed automatic with paddle shifters and a more aggressively tuned suspension.

so we got LS 400, LS 430 and LS 460,does it mean we have to expect LS 490 for 2013?

As the owner of a 08 GS350 I've been waiting for a change in the body of the car.  Any ideas when this might happen?  I was a MBZ owner back in the 80's and was burned by a radical change in their two seaters and don't want to repeat the experience.

CT200H - price control! Throw in a few options and typical dealer add-on and it will be hard to find one under $35K - unfortunate debut at this price, photos make it look like a Mazda 3 - the Prius does not have the coveted hatch room - might have been the 1st Lexus for the young family - probably not now - typical Lexus customer will want something further conventional and up the line - we'll see this languish on the showroom and a new $2K or so lower price in the second year

The first gen IS was a dog. Strangely enough, I found the engine more entertaining in the bigger GS300.

I think business wise Toyota is doing the right thing with the IS by not pitting it directly against the 3. The G already has that ground covered. If it's selling now as is then it's a success. Not every car's gonna be a hit.

Lexus' lineup is generally a bore. But they sell. If it ain't broke...

Yawn, regarding IS models, seems as though Toyota's given up fighting BMW.  You'd think Toyota people are smart enough to capitalize on BMW's high pressure fuel pump blunders by bring forth a truer sports sedan that is actually reliable!  Instead they're still pushing glorified Toyotas.

The design is clean and boring, just like BMW. Its' designed to sell, not capture the imagination of lets say an SRT8 Challenger.

I hope Edmunds is wrong on the V6 for the IS, because I really like the inline six of the previous IS300

It appears that Lexus is going downscale into Toyota territory. I'm not sure what they're thinking by offering the Corolla-based CT-H, but it's clear that this luxury brand is mostly mainstream rebadges or lame duck models. The LFA is being sold in so few numbers that it might as well not exist at all. Other than that, the LS is the only real luxury car that they have, it's it's getting to be a little long in the tooth.

Lexus makes boring cars for people who don't care and just want to have something that is a fancy brand.  The fact that 60% of their sales volume has a Camry chassis underscores the point.
Nice but not too nice.  Overpriced but not too expensive.

Well, lecsus has its faithful believers. I am not one of them. When you can get a stiched dash in a Buick La Crosse and none in the Leksus LS, what a shame...

And the LF-A is a joke, its no faster than corvettes or Porsche 911's, so, why would anyone waste ,money. We also know its not safe. It killed Toyota's top test driver in a relatively minor accident with an old 3 series.
