MAHWAH, New Jersey — Land Rover has priced the 2010 Range Rover from $79,275 for the HSE and $95,125 for the Supercharged. Prices include an $850 shipping charge.

Prices are up modestly from the 2009 model year, when the HSE carried a sticker of $78,450 and the Supercharged was priced at $94,100.

Unveiled earlier this year at the 2009 New York Auto Show, the 2010 Range Rover gets a variety of upgrades, notably the addition of two new engines — a 375-horsepower 5.0-liter V8 and a 510-hp supercharged V8.

The vehicle also features improved brakes and stability control, an advanced adaptive dynamics system and a variety of safety-related technologies, including adaptive cruise control, emergency brake assist, blind-spot monitoring and surround camera.

Land Rover is offering several options on both Range Rover models, including rear-seat entertainment ($2,500), 20-inch polished wheels ($1,500), a wood-and-leather steering wheel ($1,000) and a selection of custom wood trims ($2,300). In addition, the Range Rover HSE can be ordered with a $4,950 luxury interior package, while the Supercharged is available with a $14,500 "Autobiography" package that includes a full leather-and-wood cabin.

Inside Line says: A full-boat Range Rover Supercharged with all the bells and whistles will now fetch upward of $110,000. — Paul Lienert, Correspondent
