HOLLYWOOD, California — In a delicious new photo released by Warner Bros. Pictures to tease The Dark Knight Rises, actress Anne Hathaway, attired as Catwoman, models the latest version of the Batpod, the wicked-looking two-wheeler that debuted in the 2008 movie The Dark Knight.
The Batpod will be joined by an all-new "green" Batmobile designed by Gordon Murray and constructed of carbon fiber.
Christian Bale, starring again as Bruce Wayne, also will drive a 2012 Lamborghini Aventador. Bale's earlier ride was a Murcielago LP640.
The Christopher Nolan movie, budgeted at an estimated $250 million and slated for release next July, is currently filming in Bucharest, Romania, according to IMDB.com. See the trailer here.
Bale and Hathaway will be joined by co-stars Gary Oldman, Liam Neeson, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Marion Cottilard, Morgan Freeman and Michael Caine.

FYI its filming in Pittsburgh right now. They did a big scene at Heinz Field....I was an extra.

Even if Anne Hathaway makes a great catwoman, if she rides the batpod in the next movie, then the batpod loses all coolness it once had.

Batman Begins is one of my favorites......and the Dark Knight was great as well except the Joker seemed a little too wacked ..........I cant wait I cant wait I cant wait........like a little kid

If "The Dark Knight Rises" is being made in Romania shouldn't Batman drive a Dacia Sandero?
Come to think of it, wasn't "Borat" filmed in Romania as well . Will Batman's Lamborghini Aventador be
pulled by mules the way Borat's car was?

It costs that much to film in Romania?
I think Anne Hathaway will be the best Catwoman, because she hardly ever goes over the top in her acting. Hopefully, this will not be a campy role for her. because most of the cast listed above probably wouldn't put up with it.
The bike? Who cares?
