    Just the Facts:
    • 2011 Kia Sportage shows a "work" side and a "play" side at the 2010 SEMA Show.
    • The red "Play" Sportage gets new 20-inch MRR HR4 wheels, a custom Yakima roof rack with a Cannondale QuikFX bike and a black leather cabin.
    • Work" Sportage has a Motorola Droid X molded into the center console, two iPads for rear seat passengers, and a full closet and dressing station.

    LAS VEGAS — Trying to underscore that the 2011 Kia Sportage works hard and plays hard, the Korean automaker is showing two concepts at the 2010 SEMA Auto Show.

    The red "Play" Sportage gets such touches as new 20-inch MRR HR4 wheels, a custom Yakima roof rack with a Cannondale QuikFX bike and a black leather cabin. The interior features an iPod Touch molded into the rear center console and a custom quick-release camera holder in the rear center armrest that holds an Olympus EP-L1 camera.

    The cargo area gets a custom-painted locker, motorized stainless-steel barbecue grille and 22-inch LCD TV.

    The "Work" Sportage, decked out in custom metallic blue paint, is aimed at the "busy professional" male. A Motorola Droid X is molded into the center console, while iPads are provided in the driver and passenger seatbacks.

    There's even a full closet and "dressing station" in the cargo area that can hold two suits, five dress shirts and five belts. Kia provides a shoe rack, cufflinks holder and wristwatch, too. The seats are a bit over the top, with a design "reminiscent of an argyle pattern," said Kia in a statement.

    I love the New Sportage Body Styles, the new designer has done way more with the Kia Brand than I ever expected. Nik J. Miles has a great review of the Kia Sportage as well, here http://annistonusedcarsoxford.mykiastore.com/?p=625

    @zwestbrook

    it looks like the faded red on a 15 year old car. and of course the black would have been better, look at the LF-A that was on here a few months ago.

    Personally I think the matte red looks cool...would have been better as black, though.

    Presumably for the people who find the GTI's plaid too staid? But the Sportage already has decor packages with pastel plaid seat fabrics in orange or blue, so they had to do something more outre or it wouldn't be SEMA.
