LONDON — Jaguar will show its revised 2011 XKR Coupe at the 2010 Geneva Auto Show, outfitted with new optional Speed and Black Packs. The Speed Pack boosts top speed from 155 mph to 174 — identical to the 2009 XKR-S.

The 2011 Jaguar XKR 5.0 Coupe will retail in the U.K. for $118,200, while the XKR 5.0 Convertible will start at $127,700.

Priced at the U.K. equivalent of $5,500, the new Speed Pack incorporates recalibrated engine and transmission settings, which enable the increase in its electronically limited top speed. In addition, the computerized Active Differential Control automatically reduces steering sensitivity at high speeds, providing additional stability.

The Speed Pack option package also bundles a revised front splitter, a larger rear spoiler, body-color side sills and rear diffuser, chrome exterior accents and 20-inch Kasuga alloy wheels.

The optional Black Pack adds gloss black 20-inch Kalimnos wheels and exterior accents, plus body-color front and rear spoilers. There is a choice of three exterior colors — Ultimate Black, Polaris White or Salsa Red. The cockpit is finished in charcoal leather, which can be personalized with a choice of color stitching and grain. Jag XKR buyers also have a choice of dark, oak, dark mesh aluminum or piano black accents.

The Black Pack is available only in combination with the Speed Pack and tacks on an additional U.K. equivalent of $800. Both packages are offered only on the XKR coupe.

Also for 2011, all Jaguar XKR models get red brake calipers and an Instant Mobility tire-repair system.
