KREFELD, Germany — With more than 30 years of experience working on British cars, Arden Automobilbau knows what's up when it comes to tuning Jags. This time, the firm turned to the new 2010 Jaguar XJ and gave the luxury sedan an aggressive exterior makeover.
The British but Indian-owned automaker showed off the new XJ-Series for the first time at the 2009 Frankfurt Auto Show, and Arden has spent the time since then creating this kit. Performance enhancements include a sport chassis as well as a four-pipe custom muffler system complete with new high-flowing cats.
Arden upgrades the exterior with a new front bumper with larger intakes, rear bumper, side skirts and rear spoiler. Gill-like side vents were also installed on the front fenders. The package is finished off with huge 21-inch Sportline wheels.
Expect pricing and the choice of more performance modifications to follow.
