What's New for 2012: All Makes
2012 Jaguar XF: The midsize XF sedan received a minor face-lift this year. The hood, grille and front airdam have all been restyled to more closely mimic the look of the XJ flagship. The XKR also received a few minor changes to give it a more distinct look compared to the standard models. Revised LED taillights are also part of the XF's exterior upgrades along with three new exterior colors and new wheel designs. The interior received some revisions as well, most notably updated seats, new "Aurora" trim and a full TFT instrument panel similar to the one used in the XJ.
2012 Jaguar XJ: Not much going on for the 2012 Jaguar XJ. A new rear-seat package has been added to the options list of the XJL Supersport that offers reclining seatbacks and a massaging function. That's it for the XJ.
2012 Jaguar XK: The big news for the XK this year is the addition of the XKR-S, a performance variant that boasts 550 horsepower and a 186-mph top speed. It also gets unique bodywork, a lowered suspension and an active differential. All standard XKs also get some minor styling changes like revised headlights with LED turn signals, a new chrome finisher for the trunk and five new exterior colors.

A couple of mistakes in the 2012 Jaguar XF description; The third sentence should read "The XFR...". Secondly, the XF did NOT receive a full TFT instrument panel like the XJ. What it did receive is an updated centre display that's similiar to the XJs.
