WESTLAKE VILLAGE, California — Jaguar ranks the highest among luxury brands while Audi ranks the lowest, according to the J.D. Power and Associates 2009 Sales Satisfaction Index Study released on Tuesday. Mercury ranks the highest among mass-market brands, while Mitsubishi is lowest, the study said.
Mini was named the "most improved" brand in the study.
Following Jaguar in the luxury-brand rankings are Cadillac, Lexus and Mercedes-Benz (in a tie) and Land Rover. Following Mercury in the mass-market segment rankings are Smart, Buick, Pontiac and Chevrolet.
Car dealers still need to work on their customer treatment, the study found. Overall satisfaction with new-vehicle purchase experience has improved from 2008, but automakers are losing 12 percent of new-vehicle sales to other brands, on average, as a result of "poor customer treatment at dealerships," the study said.

I'm guessing this is where Hyundai gets screwed over. At the dealership.
