Sales of the QX56 are in a tailspin this year, falling 66.3 percent through April. Nissan sold just 1,183 units of the QX56 in the first four months of 2009 versus 3,506 in the first four months of 2008.
Options on the 2010 QX56 include a $1,150 Technology package that bundles cruise control and a front sonar system for parking and a $1,700 Mobile Entertainment System package that includes a DVD player, 8-inch color screen, two wireless headphones and a remote controller.
The QX56 gets a standard 5.6-liter 320-horsepower V8 and a five-speed automatic transmission.
Inside Line says: Sales may be down, but no price break appears to be in sight on the big QX56. — Anita Lienert, Correspondent
