It's amazing how many companies are using apps to reach their customers, both existing and potential. These apps just improve the brand experience and allow for more touch points. My favorite is the free italian phrasebook app from Fiat and their owners manual app.

Hey, it's free, you don't have to get it. If you're wondering about it then you have access to it. There's really nothing to complain about... Hyundai isn't forcing you to take it...

At least any kid with tons of free time will be able to work your car before you can. Who reads the manual anyways!?

Yeah, really, why the heck do I want their owner's manual?!? Like do I want a digital copy of my mom's sewing machine?!?

I've always wanted to own an owner's manual for a car I never plan to buy.
