DETRIOT — Hummer's 2009 H3T Alpha, the top-of-the-line version of its new sport-utility truck, will be priced at $36,760, General Motors says. That's a $5,265 premium over the standard H3T, which is a new model with full crew cab and a 5-foot-long truck bed. The price includes a $745 destination charge.

    The new H3T Alpha is a more powerful version of the H3T, with a 300-horsepower 5.3-liter V8 engine mated to a four-speed automatic transmission. The standard H3T has a 239-hp 3.7-liter inline five-cylinder and five-speed manual.

Among the many accessories on the Alpha model are an integrated bedliner with built-in storage, a chrome appearance package, a Monsoon seven-speaker audio system and XM Satellite Radio, OnStar and Bluetooth, and a set of 32-inch tires.
