    What is it?
    Honda Unibox

    What's special about it?
What happens when Wonder Woman loses her pilot's license, yet still needs a method of getting to the Hall of Justice? If she values the transparentness of all her conveyances, her only choice would be to tool around in a Unibox. Fit with clear plastic panels that expose its frame and inner workings, the Unibox opens itself up to a plethora of configurations. The panels can be removed and replaced with different hues. The flat floor allows you to reconfigure the seats, or remove them altogether to haul stuff instead of people. Rear-mounted cameras display goings-on while reversing, also proving very useful for spying. The system's display monitor also exhibits the navigation system, the telematics system and a TV.

The Unibox comes replete with such niceties as two fold-up electric scooters, with an onboard generator to keep them fully charged. Just in case you didn't see that pedestrian through all the see-through plastic, gulp, don't worry, the Unibox is equipped with an external airbag that deploys from the front upon impact.

Rather than a conventional steering wheel, Unibox is maneuvered with a joystick that also controls the brakes and throttle. Better get that opposable thumb back in working order. The best thing about the Unibox was the group of saucy dancing girls at the Honda press conference. Do they come with the car?

    Why should you care?
This is a vehicle for the exhibitionist in all of us. The Unibox offers some innovative storage solutions, but its big draw is its transparent nature. Come on, do you really want the rest of the world to see what you're doing in the privacy of your car? Get that finger out of there! — Liz Kim
