TORRANCE, California — The line between filmmaking and the auto business continues to blur as Honda on Thursday announced the premiere of its Racing against Time documentary on October 19. The film airs on Honda's Web site.
The documentary tells the story of professional skateboarder Tony Hawk and the screenwriters of Transformers and Star Trek. Other people highlighted: IndyCar driver Tony Kanaan and a Honda employee who helped to develop the Honda FCX Clarity fuel-cell vehicle.
Honda said its sixth documentary, Living with Robots, is in production and will launch in January 2010.
