- 2017 Honda FCX Clarity: Honda's hydrogen-powered sedan is currently being offered to a select group of consumers as a demonstration vehicle. If an actual production version ever makes it to market, it's not likely to happen until 2016 at the earliest.
Honda Fit
- 2013 Honda Fit: No major updates will be made to the standard Fit for 2013, but a full-electric trim level will be available to lease customers in California and Oregon by late summer, expanding to six East Coast markets in early 2013. Honda said the Fit EV will have a projected range of 123 miles per charge. The automaker expects the window sticker to display a combined city/highway EV range of 76 miles.
The Fit EV features a 20 kWh lithium-ion battery pack and a 92kW electric motor adapted from Honda's FCX Clarity fuel-cell electric vehicle. Charging takes as little as three hours from a high-speed charging station.
Honda Insight
- 2017 Honda Insight: Don't expect a fully redesigned Insight until in 2017 or 2018.

me too dispointed with new odyssey even lower clearance and no all wheel drive, I'm honda owner over twenty years, but I'll consider Sienna all wheel next time.

When did Honda alter the power steering in the Odyssey? I chose my 2005 Ody over the Toyota Sienna mainly because it handles so much better; 50% because of suspension and 50% because of the Power Steering! I just drove a 2009 Ody which seemed much lighter & "twitchier". Didn't like it at all! Now I hear that the new design Odyssey has EVEN LIGHTER steering! After 6 years & 140,000 miles I'm seriously considering the Sienna for a replacement!

It is very interesting that the Honda Accord Crosstour bears a striking resemblance to the BMW X6. It looked like the designers at Honda were trying to take a shortcut by copying a new SUV design by a German company and adapting it to a sedan.

I own a 2007 Honda Fit Sport 5-speed and I have to say that I love this little car. SUPER dependable and great on gas. I have never had a problem with the car. Just simple maintenance. BUT BUT BUT BUT BUT!!!!!! I probably will never buy another Honda. The reason is that Honda is going down a road I can't follow. There's nothing exciting being offered. There was a day when people who drove Honda's were cool and in the know. Today, Honda is like plain toast. I miss the Prelude, Civics of the 80s & 90s, the CRX and the S2000. The way things worked in the 80s and 90s was that you bought a Civic or CRX when you were in your 20s - then you upgraded to an Accord in your 30s - then when you were in your 40s you finally bought an S2000. And you could keep them all because the can run forever. Today, no one cares. Honda Culture is dying a slow death. Hyundai is the new Honda. Pity.

After all these years, I am still waiting to read a critique of the CR-V that does not include a pointed reference to "excessive / pronounced road noise." The vehicle is so outstanding in so many ways, it is unfortunate Honda has not resolved this issue long ago. A step in the right direction may be replacing the worthless Bridgeston original equipment tires with a higher quality tire, but with the mandate for gas mileage increases, the "new age" compounds result in hard, loud, higher mileage tires. The Honda "bean counters" will not allow it, but the "Michelin man" must love it.

I'd like to know what happened a couple years back when Honda talked about a diesel motor for the Accord, the way fuel is getting so high if a full size car could get close to 40 mpg people would stand in line.

I think Honda is at a crossroads of sorts. They've really dropped the ball over the past 5-6 years. Either they break out of their funk now, or they become a shadow of what they once were.
They were doing great up through the early 2000's....the V-6 they'd put into the Odyssey, Accord, Pilot, etc. pulled stronger and got better gas mileage than most V-6's out there, they were on the forefront of 5-speed automatics, and their designs were conservative, but tasteful.
I think they just got complacent. Their engines haven't changed much at all in terms of output and fuel economy, whereas the competition has upped the game considerably. Everyone else is putting 6-spds+ in their vehicles, and Honda is mostly stuck in the 5-spd game, with a lack of manumatics across the board (outside the Fit). And the designs have been AWFUL. The Crosstour is a shame, the Accord is bloated, and the Civic, after all these years when they've had a chance to raise the bar, is just a refresh of what was already on the shelf. It reminds me of when Coke came out with New Coke. Go back to the old Honda....we miss you.

I don't see why some people like Honda their cars lack style.
