LOS ANGELES — Green is the theme as Honda rolls out a one-of-a-kind Civic Hybrid to celebrate the launch of the eighth annual Honda Civic Tour.
The Panic at the Disco Honda Civic Hybrid is decked out in a meadow-like paint scheme, complete with green grass, puffy white clouds and colorful flowers. It is autographed by the band Panic at the Disco and will be given away to one fan at the end of the tour.
The tour starts on April 10 in San Francisco and ends June 14 at The Honda Center in Anaheim, California. Honda says the tour's schedule, on-sale dates and support acts will be announced later.
Honda is pushing hard on the green theme for this year's tour. Nonprofit organizations Reverb, described as a leader in the "greening" of concert tours, and Global Inheritance will collaborate "to engage audiences in fun, fan-friendly interactive exhibits during the tour," Honda said. The tour will also donate money to an environmental cause.
