Is there a current sweepstakes to win a Ford Transit Electric for our Veteran Home?

We have a group home for our women vets in Portland Oregon, the "greenest" city in the USA.
Having this transport is not only necessary for our vets, but would have the most amazing
visability and marketing coup for our city. Portland should have this vehicle for all state agencies
that provide transportation. It's just good business sense.
