- Ford will display five vehicles at this year's SEMA show.
- Two Taurus SHO sedans, a Fusion Sport and an Edge are on the list.
- A 2011 Lincoln MKX is also in the mix.
DEARBORN, Michigan — Ford, as usual, is fielding a full portfolio of performance-oriented products at the upcoming SEMA Show in Las Vegas, including a pair of Taurus SHO sedans and an upbeat take on the Lincoln MKX.
Rick Bottom Designs is developing the Taurus SHOx, with ground effects, custom hood and grille, plus blue exterior paint and contrasting graphics. Bring your earplugs; the SHOx sports a premium audio system with a thundering 16,000 watts of power.
A 2011 Taurus SHO from H&R Springs features a Borla cat-back exhaust system and a K&N air filter, as well as H&R sport springs and three-piece 22-inch wheels. The white platinum exterior gets hood vents and color-coordinated lower body panels.
Steeda Autosports has created a subtle 2011 Fusion Sport with tuned front and rear lowering springs, dampers and stabilizer bars. Check out the unique clear-coat "bar code" graphics package with orange accents.
Ford says it is targeting urban customers with the 2011 Ford Edge by K-Daddyz Kustomz and the 2011 Lincoln MKX by ID Agency.
The Edge has 22-inch wheels, a lowered suspension, a panoramic sunroof, a custom surfboard rack and a leather-and-suede interior. An orange-and-black custom paint job includes airbrushing and pinstriping. The MKX is billed as an "urban assault vehicle," with components from Falken Tire, HRE Wheels, Brembo and Alpine.

yeah........22inch wheels are ...............
Sorry no........So wrong as they do nothing to improve the experience other than make your suspension go south all to soon........................but I'm sure the ignorant urban lads will be so "impwessed" .
