CHARLOTTE, North Carolina — More teaser clips have been released in advance of the debut of The Car Show on Speed today at 10 p.m. EDT.
The clips show some silly bits, including Wall Street Journal car columnist Dan Neil talking about his most embarrassing moment in a car.
"I was having relations with my wife in a Ford Expedition," says Neil in the clip, describing the brouhaha that erupted after he wrote about the escapade. "I said in the story there were footprints on the windshield. It was a press car."
Another clip shows former Detroit Pistons star John Salley talking about his first car, a Chevrolet Caprice. "I learned that when you open the hood, let somebody else fix it," Salley said.

I have anticipated this show and I do love Top Gear. Adam Carolla is an excellent choice. Matt is a very bad choice. His knowledge of cars is truly questionable but most of all his inability to render fair and objective findings is a certainty.
Unlike Top Gear, Matt has a well defined predisposition to his own value and worth and it takes precedence over what he is evaluating.
For the record...No one makes fun of Corvettes any longer. For the record....the joy and pursuit of cars is based on openness and discovery. Matt posses none of this. You really need someone else.
You need someone that knows cars but does not already have the answers. That is what made Top Gear a Top Drawer show.

Adam Carrola and Jay Leno belong on the US top Gear along with Tanner, not those other two ass clowns whatever their names are.

These host are already better than the American Top Gear host. Add a driver like Tanner Foust to this group and it would make it better.

@ Kosmo69- I'm pretty dang sure that's Matt Farah from "the smoking tire". There are things about this show on his website (smokingtire.com). I've never heard of this show but look forward to it.
