Eulberg is charged with managing Fisker's worldwide retail network, as well as developing global sales and marketing strategies for the Fisker Karma, a plug-in hybrid electric vehicle.
Eulberg, 45, held various executive sales positions at Jaguar Cars and Volvo from 2001-'08. Her résumé also includes developing regional sales strategies at BMW North America.
"It's not often you get the opportunity to help build a car company from scratch," she said in a statement.
