2009 Geneva Auto Show: Fioravanti LF1

    0 Ratings

GENEVA — If you want to measure the extremes of design, consider Fioravanti's two concepts, the LF1 and the TRIS, debuting at the 2009 Geneva Auto Show.

The LF1 looks like a refugee from a Formula 1 grid. In fact, it is a study intended to showcase how F1 technology and design might be incorporated into a production car.

The TRIS hatchback is actually an update of a concept first displayed nine years ago. To hold down development and manufacturing costs, the car uses common doors, lights and bumpers.

Inside Line says: The LF1 looks miles away from production, but the TRIS's time may have come. — Paul Lienert, Correspondent
