LONDON — The Ferrari 458 Italia will be priced in the U.K. starting at £169,545, or nearly $278,000.
The price includes a local value-added tax of $41,125, plus a $1,550 "road tax."
The 458 Italia goes on sale in May in the U.K., replacing the F430. It is slotted in price just above the California, which is priced at $235,000.
British buyers can load up the 458 Italia with options. The list of 50-plus items totals more than $100,000, including such extras as carbon-fiber racing seats ($7,000), a full carbon-fiber cockpit ($9,475) and a set of Ferrari luggage ($11,050).

Totally worth it. If only I had the money. Forget the luggage.
