What's special about it?
The Rezzo (it will be called something different by the time it actually reaches the United States) is a small wagon-like multipurpose vehicle. Its design is clearly European and Asian influenced. Feature highlights include a 2.0-liter 129-horsepower engine, ABS with electronic brake distribution, elevated seating positions and steering wheel-mounted audio controls. Leather seats will be optional. The Daewoo spokesperson said, "On sunny days, there will be an optional sunroof." Apparently, the sunroof won't be available on cloudy days.
Why should you care?
This interesting vehicle might be a big splash in the United States. Or it could bomb like the movie "Waterworld." Somehow, we think it will be more toward the latter. Buy a Ford Focus ZX3 or Wagon instead.
