- Chrysler releases another 2013 Viper teaser photo on Facebook.
- The latest image shows lots of carbon fiber — and little else.
- SRT says: "Tell us what you see."
AUBURN HILLS, Michigan — Chrysler's Street and Racing Technology group, better known as SRT, has released another teaser photo of the redesigned 2013 Viper on its DriveSRT Facebook page — and this one reveals even less than the first shot.
The latest image shows lots of carbon fiber — and little else. SRT's brief caption prompts, "Tell us what you see." Among the viewer guesses are an intake vent or a hood scoop.
As part of its Viper rollout campaign, SRT also last week unveiled the third-generation Viper logo, nicknamed Stryker.
The full monte will be revealed April 4, as part of the New York Auto Show festivities. The new car goes into production later this year at Chrysler's Connor Avenue plant on Detroit's east side.
Inside Line says: The use of lightweight carbon fiber can only mean good things for the upcoming 2013 Viper.

It's asymmetrical, so it's not a hood scoop, unless it will part of a pair.

the ''new'' logo, Stryker, was introduced last summer, not last week.

Lame teaser. I have no idea what I'm looking at.

Is that real carbon fiber or make believe??? Looks suspect to me.
