HOLLYWOOD, California — Two new vehicles set to star in Transformers: Dark of the Moon have been caught on camera: the NASCAR-themed Wrecker and Megatron's new wheels.
The first vehicle is part of the Autobot group of Wreckers, an elite commando unit based on the NASCAR Chevrolet Impala. Three Wreckers will be seen in the movie in red, blue and green liveries. They will resemble the vehicles of Juan Pablo Montoya, Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Jimmie Johnson.
The new truck, however, is clearly a Decepticon, and is rumored to be Megatron's new look. It is a beat-up tanker complete with cow catchers and highly flammable material. The folks over at JoBlo have found an action figure that also somewhat confirms this report.
Check out these vehicles in action this summer when Transformers: Dark of the Moon is released on July 1, 2011.
