Chevrolet Cavalier Z24 Sedan

Chevy is serious about producing a Z24 Sedan; so much so that it introduced one at SEMA to judge customer and dealer response. Rather than just slapping the Z24's 2.4-liter engine in a four-door Cavalier, Chevy add several twists to this model, including a Webasto sunroof, new front and rear fascia extensions, fog lamps, a rear spoiler, body-color door handles and exterior mirrors, and 17-inch wheels.

The same 150-horsepower engine that resides in the Z24 Coupe powers the sedan. The sway bars are also lifted directly from the coupe, but a new exhaust system and Baer four-wheel disc brake setup is used for the sedan. Inside you'll find fake carbon fiber around the instrument panel and shifter knob, plus a six-speaker audio system "designed for young buyers' listening tastes." Considering the success of Acura's four-door Integra GS-R, along with the ease and low cost of production, this one seems like a no-brainer.
