    Throw some meatier tires one there, and off-road suspension, badge it a Z71 and you could easily sell it to me.

    And when you bring it over to the states, you can scrap the horrendous Traverse, and the excessively European Equinox to save a few bucks.

    And for crying out loud, market it as a SUV.  This would look good without the chrome, some black wheels, BF All-Terrains, a 4" lift, and some brush guards....

    @dansmith

    ow my ears hurt over text. but i do have to agree with you. i am starting to really get annoyed by all of these great Chevy vehicles taht are not sold in the US. if they want to raise their image in the US why not sell some of their cars from Europe that are better then a lot of the US cars they sell?

    TOO BAD THIS RE-BADGED VUE WON'T BE SOLD IN THE STATES... BUT THEN, THE 011 EQUINOX WILL PROBABLY GENERATE A LOT MORE REVENUE. PLUS, MARK REUSS CAN'T HAVE THESE TWO CROSSERS CANNIBALISING EACH OTHER'S MARKET SHARE.
    THIS NEW CAPTIVA COULD BE SOLD AS A BUICK..., BUT APPARENTLY THAT LUXURY BRAND ALREADY HAS A CUTE UTE IN THE PIPELINE.
    A V6-POWERED CAPTIVA LTZ WOULD BE JUST LIKE A WELL EQUIPED VUE REDLINE. I THOUGHT THAT MACHINE WAS REALLY HOT.
    JUST SO LONG AS WE GET THE 2012 CAPRICE SS AND MALOO NEXT YEAR, I'LL BE A VERY HAPPY CAMPER.
    FORD HAD THE CHANCE TO BRING IN THE SUPER PURSUIT, BUT REALLY DROPPED THE BALL... UNLESS IT'S NOW GOING TO BE PRODUCED IN THE FRESHLY VACATED LOUISVILLE PLANT. THEN WE'D HAVE TWO SUPER-HOT SPORT TRUCKS TO CHOOSE FROM. DO I SEE A SERIOUS RIVALRY BREWING IN NASCAR TRUCK RACING? COOL!

    why can't they build & sell this car/crossover in the USA?  A smaller alternative to the Equinox (with even better MPG?) - what's not to love???

    @jscion says:But we all know that the Suzuki was a Chevy to begin with, developed by Detroit, so why do you not stick to some truth.
    If it were based on the Chevy Traker, you would have a point, but its not.

    While you are at it, this vehicle is significantly improved over the outgoing model.

    The Suzuki XL7 lives on as a Chevy!

    +1 Scooby (well, make mine an automatic). That combo would kick the CR-V and RAV4 in the nuts and shove it off to the side.

    I'd buy that... make mine a loaded LTZ with the 184 hp diesel and the 6 speed manual please!
