SHANGHAI, China — Chery Automobile is expected to unveil its new QQme at the 2009 Shanghai Auto Show in April.
Code-named S16 and first shown as a concept at the 2005 Shanghai Auto Show, the tiny egg-shaped hatchback is targeted at young females. The car's theme, according to sina.com, is "QQme. Only me."
The QQme is expected to go on sale later this spring in China. So far, there are no official export plans.
