Faster and More Furious: Universal Releases a Second Fast & Furious Trailer

UNIVERSAL CITY, California — Featuring even more chair-gripping action and Vin Diesel and Paul Walker cheesiness, the new trailer for Fast & Furious proves the film is going to try to oust the original as the best of the franchise.

Although the series has had two installments (2 Fast 2 Furious and Tokyo Drift) since Paul Walker's Brian O'Connor and Vin Diesel's Dominic Toretto originally parted ways, we have not seen the two together on the silver screen since Walker's unforgettable "I owe you a 10-second car" line at the end of The Fast and the Furious.

The video shows us that the movie will be full of racing action, with a Buick Grand National replacing Toretto's Dodge Charger. It also looks like the crew will have to leave Los Angeles and head south of the border to help bring down a mutual enemy.

Justin Lin from Tokyo Drift is directing the film, which is set to race into theaters on April 3. The full multimedia pre-movie experience can be had at the movie's Web site.

Inside Line says: It will be interesting to see if Dom still lives his life a quarter-mile at a time. — Mike Lysaght, Correspondent
