    What Is It?
    Cadillac Escalade EXTm

    What's Special About It?
Inspired by similar vehicles used in the movie "The Matrix Reloaded," the EXTm takes the already daring lines of Cadillac's first truck and adds the sinister look of full blackout trim. The deep tinted windows allow for maximum privacy while a black chrome grille and 22-inch ASA wheels complete the dramatic exterior look.

More subtle exterior enhancements include a slide-out load floor and a power tonneau cover. There's also a power-release tailgate with gas struts and torsion spring assist for easy access to the rear cargo area.

The interior continues the morbid theme with all black leather upholstery and a black Alcantara suede headliner. More black chrome highlights the instrument panel while turned-metal console trim completes the custom look.

    Why Should You Care?
The blackout look is a strangely popular trend that we can't quite figure out, but the fact that Cadillac knows about it already is almost as surprising. Look for the sliding load floor to become an optional feature on all EXTs sometime next year, but don't expect 22-inch black chrome wheels to be added to the list anytime soon.
