    Just the Facts:
    • Vorsteiner introduces a new aerodynamic package for the 2010 BMW X6 M.
    • Aero parts are made of resin-pre-impregnated, vacuum-formed carbon-fiber.
    • The VRS X6 M aero kit will be available this summer.

SANTA ANA, CaliforniaVorsteiner has further expanded its tuning lineup with a new aerodynamic package for the 2010 BMW X6 M.

Vorsteiner says the parts are made of resin-pre-impregnated, vacuum-formed carbon fiber, which is said to be as much as 30 percent stronger structurally than a comparable wet-lay carbon-fiber product.

The kit includes a front spoiler, vented hood, roof and deck lid spoilers as well as a rear diffuser. The hood not only weighs 40 percent less than the factory part, but also helps cool off the engine with its two large vents. The California-based tuner finishes off the look with a set of self-branded V-102 23-inch wheels with Michelin rubber.

The VRS X6 M aero kit will be available this summer, and you can check out the Vorsteiner Web site for more details.

Inside Line says: Vorsteiner offers X6 M owners a slightly more modest alternative compared to the beastly Lumma Design CLR X 650 M. — Mike Lysaght, Correspondent

Ima fan on BMW's but this is akin to putting white walls on a dump truck.  Okay, i'm exaggerating.  It's not bad but i would not call it a success by BMW standards..

Ok, I can't hate, I really like this. This is the most tasteful aftermarket kit that has come out for the X6 M. I believe that styling products that look like OEM parts are the most tasteful. Job well done Vorsteiner!
